Since joining the MIT Group’s Executive Board in 2006. Prof. Swati Karad Chate has played a pivotal role in advancing education. She introduced innovative learning strategies, turning the Group into a premier hub for nurturing young talent. Her efforts also led to the creation of CBSE and SSC schools, junior colleges, and the specialized MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research, addressing the needs of the growing railway and infrastructure sector.

Additionally, She played a pivotal role in establishing MIT School of Vedic Sciences, imparting practical knowledge of ancient sciences and philosophy for contemporary applications. Her contributions have been instrumental in enhancing educational opportunities and preparing students for diverse fields.
