Prof. Swati Karad Chate, an accomplished engineering post-graduate and esteemed MAEER’s MIT College alumni, has dedicated herself to the growth of MAEER’s MIT Group since 2006. Her leadership on the Executive Board has revitalized the Group’s educational strategies, fostering an ideal environment for nurturing young minds. She emphasizes research-based learning and encourages students to synthesize knowledge, nurturing insightful, creative, and critical thinkers.

Driven by her passion for improving education in India, she has established numerous CBSE and SSC schools, junior colleges, MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research, and MIT School of Vedic Sciences. Her initiatives address the needs of the railway and infrastructure sector and promote practical ancient sciences for contemporary applications. She is actively involved in various upcoming projects.

She firmly believes in the MIT Group’s philosophy of value-based universal education, emphasizing the blend of science, technology, and spirituality to spread peace in society. She believes in adapting the Gurukul System to modern liberal education, fostering critical and design thinking. She advocates recognizing individual uniqueness and refrains from comparisons.
